So... ::Hyperventilating::
Well, not really, but close to you.

My Tax Refund was direct deposited into my bank account last night.

Today I went on a shopping spree at Amazon.

A $375.73 Shopping Spree. ($101 and change of that is Shipping and Handling...), and... yeah... I'm mildly freaking... but that's less than half my refund, and it's all either books I love and wanna own, shows i love and wanna own, or books that will be great inspiration/research for fanfic and/or original fic...

So... you want a partial list? lol I got several things that are RPG resources because there's some great info there... both about the original show and about some 'new' twists that can be added in the game but I can use as a jumping off point for fic related things... lol...

Angel Core Rulebook, Buffy Monster Smackdown, and Buffy Slayer's Handbook - RPG supplement I'll use to help with 'In The Blood', 'Black Friday', and any other fics involving Buffy Verse or even to a lesser degree SPN fics because some stuff cna be adjusted to work...

The Vampire Watcher's Handbook: A Guide For Slayers, John Winchester's Journal, Zombie CSU: The Forensics Of The Living Dead, Day By Day Armegeddon (A Zombie Novel), How To Survive A Horror Movie, and The World Without Us - All good resources for Buffy/SPN/General ApocaFic inspiration and resources...

Deadly Doses:A Writer's Guide To Poisons, Armed & Dangerous:A Writer's Guide To Weapons, Cause Of Death: A Writer's Guide To Death, Murder and Forensic Medicine, and The Crime Writer's Reference Guide: 1001 Tips For Writing The Perfect Murder - Perfect resources for mystery stories... and I plan on writing at least oen of these (Like the long back burner-ed 'That Night' where Ryan was in a coma for like a year and woke up with no memory of what happened to him but someone is trying to kill him... lol)

Don't Try This At Home: Extraordinary Feats For Ordinary People, The Last Escape: The Untold Story of Allied Prisoners of War in Europe 1944-45, and 2001 Things to Do Before You Die - Various other inspiration/research sources...

And now for what cost the most out of all the purchases:
DVD Sets
Friday Night Lights - The First Season
The 4400 - The First Season
21 Jump Street - The Fifth Season (I had to go with 5 because PENHALL'S BROTHER! Played by the actor's REAL BROTHER! And they played opposite eachother wonderfully in SeaQuest! And I LOVE the Deluise Brothers! lol)
Miracles - The Complete Series (I loved it. My mom loved it. And when I asked, she said she'd like to ahve it and watch it, so... I got it.)
The OC - The Complete First Season (I've got the other 3 seasons of discs courtesy of... umm... I'm spacing who at the moment and I'm too lazy to go find the old emails about them... lol... but now I'll be able to rewatch the whole show anytime I want!)
Veronica Mars - The Complete First Season (And to go with it, I also bought 'Neptune Noir:Unauthorized Investigations into Veronica Mars' which is a book of eassays relating to the show, and despite the subtitle, it was editted byt Rob Thomas, the creator, so... it must be SOMEWHAT authorized! lol... I think I'll probably end up writing The OC/Veronica Mars fics... or.... oooh... The OC/Veronica Mars/Gilmore Girls fic where Ryan and Jess both end up working for Veronica in a detective agency... lol)

Yeah... I spent a small fortune... but it's all worth it... and I actually got a couple more things, but they are more 'personal' in terms of not relating to fics or fandom at all... although there's like 3 of them that I might use to flesh out this little backstory thing in 'In The Blood' and/or 'Black Friday'.

Writing out how most of them are useful for writing has helped me stop freaking out... I'm good now... lol... I'm actually getting bouncy about it... lol

Friday Night Lights
I saw you got fridaay night lights and I love that show. I got seasons 1 and 2. I know you have so many stories on your plate but if you ever need inspiration please consider doing a crossover for the series like maybe this summer if you are not too busy. Can't wait for your over updates.

Wow, you got ALL this for 375 ?? It is not expensive for everything you got (well it is expensive when it comes out of your bank account but still...) : congrats !!!
We are gonna have so many crossovers now (love you Amazon !!).

Have fun reading/watching :)

lol... yeah, considering all the stuff I got, it's not THAT bad... it's just kinda... a lot... I feel bad about spending so much on frivilous things when people are struggling to amke ends meet, but... I'm not struggling. We're not counting on my paycheck or refund to pay bills (okay, we DID kinda count on my bank account to help us get the new car, but... we could have survived without my account), and hey, I'm helping the ecomony by putting money back into it! lol

And yes, many crossovers coming... Not as many as there COULD have been... I would have spent $500+ except I whittled down my cart from 390 or so dollars (WITHOUT Shipping and Handling!) and decided not to get some things that I had been thinking about... Nip/Tuck, Queer As Folk, Strong Medicine, and others were on the possibilities list... lol
